Absolutely fantastic! I don't think any crew was without car trouble at some point - in the 2000, we had to rebuild the carburettors on the way down to the start, lost headlights somewhere in Cornwall, broke the rear subframe in Wales, lost the front brakes near Newcastle, and left the exhaust silencer behind near Loch Ness!
All three Triumph crews made it to the finish, and we think we should have won the team prize when considering total points, but the organisers decided to give it to the Mercedes team for reasons we cannot fathom! We will have to return in 2010 for a rematch...
